Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026. Streamer Sidekick is run by a sole proprietor in Texas, USA. Contact: support@streamersidekick.live.

Using Sidekick

• You must be 18 or older, and you may only add Sidekick to a Discord server where you're allowed to manage it.
• You agree to follow Twitch's and Discord's own terms and rules while using Sidekick.
• Don't use Sidekick to spam, harass, or get around a platform's rules, and don't try to break or overload it. We may turn Sidekick off for a server that does.

The free plan

Starter is free. We may change or end free features, and we'll post changes in the bot or on this site before they happen when we can. Paid plans aren't open yet; they'll come with their own terms, shown before you pay.

Your content

Your stream, channel and server stay yours. You let Sidekick use your public Twitch info (name, title, game) only to post your alerts and run the features you turn on.

No guarantees

Sidekick is provided as it is. Alerts depend on Twitch and Discord, so sometimes one may be late or missed. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Stopping

You can stop any time: run /sidekick undo and remove the bot. See the Privacy Policy for deleting your data.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes too. Big changes are announced in the bot or on this site first. These terms follow the laws of Texas, USA.
